New Year's Tip
With the start of the new year, a lot of you have new goals and resolutions to work towards. It is really easy to overwhelm yourself with new habits. So, instead of trying to make it to the gym 6 days a week, run before work 4 days a week, make your entire house go gluten free and never eat a gram of sugar ever again - focus on one thing.
Make one thing your goal. Too many people try to do too much at once and don't accomplish their goals. Pick something, stay focused, work hard and then once your new resolution becomes an every day habit - tackle the next obstacle.
