Membership

Our gym is unique. We build personal relationships with each member to create a training plan customized for their individual needs. This allows us to work with people with all experience levels and backgrounds.

We call it semi-private training. You’ll workout with other people in the gym, but after the group warm up, everyone works through their individualized plan at their own pace - always under supervision of a coach.

3 Ways to Join

  1. If you’re ready to jump right in and have any gym experience at all, you can purchase a 3-Session Trial Membership and get a feel for the coaches and the gym. Your first workout is an easy introductory workout so we a get to know you and see how you move. Purchase a 3-Session Trial.

  2. Chat with us first! Fill out the form below and talk to a coach in person or over the phone to learn more and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

  3. Newbies or people with more serious issues to work around can join by purchasing a 5-session private training package. This allows you to work with a coach in a one on one setting to master the basics and get a full movement assessment before hopping in the semi-private sessions. Need more attention? Have some serious injuries? Want an empty gym? Private one on one training is available with very limited hours.

ONLINE TRAINING

We have a variety of virtual training options ranging from bodyweight only, plans for 1 kettlebell, custom at-home training designed for you and your space.

We also have online resources for members to train when they’re on the road and can’t make it to the gym.
