Happy Monday. Happy November. I had too much candy this weekend, you?
Trick or Treating was a fun time in the neighborhood. We did it on October 31st, which I now feel strongly everyone should do. It’s really confusing when every town does something a little different. When I was a kid, this was thrilling. We could try to get two towns worth of candy. But as an adult with kids, the logistics are crazy!
I had two good, but bare minimum workouts this weekend. On Saturday I did a SkiErg 5k—which isn’t too crazy, but I hadn’t done that distance in while. On Sunday I did 10 sets of 3 pull ups. Nothing too out of this world, but some quality reps and load on the body. Bonus because Elliot joined me.
Last but not least, we have a new coach, Parker, starting today. He’ll be coaching the 10:30 and 12:00 classes with me on MWF. I’m looking forward to some more help.
See you in the gym!
