At GAIN, every member gets a plan built just for them. You’ll train alongside others, but always with a coach making sure your program fits your goals and your pace.
HOW IT WORKS
At GAIN, we do things differently. Every member gets a training plan built around their goals, abilities, and background — no cookie-cutter workouts here. That personal connection is what lets us coach people of all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.
We call it semi-private training. You’ll train alongside others in the gym, but you’ll follow your own individualized plan at your own pace — always under the eye of a coach for guidance, feedback, and support.
HOW TO TRAIN at GAIN
1. Training Consultation with Justin (3 Sessions — $325)
Availability: Limited spots, Tuesday’s only
Format: Private, 1-on-1 (about 60 minutes each)
Who it’s for:
Older adults seeking confidence in the gym
Beginners looking for a safe, structured start
People returning from injury
Experienced lifters/runners who want to refine technique on a specific exercise or get general feedback on their movement
Best if you want maximum personal attention and a fully customized experience. This is the only private training Justin offers. Spots are limited.

2. 3-Session Trial ($49)
Availability: Flexible scheduling
Format: Small group setting (you’ll share the floor with others, but still get some 1-on-1 coaching)
Structure: Covers the same foundation as the private consultation—assessment, intro workout, and follow-ups—just in a group environment
Who it’s for:
Anyone curious about GAIN’s semi-private training model
People who want coaching but enjoy training alongside others
Those who want an affordable, low-barrier way to try us out
Best low-barrier way to experience GAIN. Good for most people with some gym experience.
3. Standard Membership (Core Offering)
Format: Our core membership option—train alongside others in a coached small-group setting
Flexibility: Multiple session times each week
Coaching: Structured programming + real-time adjustments from our coaches

Anyone looking for a long-term training community
People who want coaching, accountability, and flexibility in scheduling and workouts
