Welcome to this week’s edition of Friday Thoughts, where I share what’s been on my mind this week. Let’s get into it.
Training Ramblings
Do something, it’s enough. That’s been my training mantra lately. And I think it’s working. Last year in this time I was in a slump because I couldn’t get this mindset right. I needed to train for something, and if I wasn’t working toward that thing it felt like a waste. I’ve got my long-term vision goggles on now.
November Challenge
The November Challenge is 100 cals on the Concept 2 BikeErg, as fast as possible. There’s a lot of names populating the board already and I love to see it. My goal with each of the challenges if to get at least 15 people, and we’ve cracked 20 a couple times this year. Will we get 25 participants this time? If you’re reading this blog, and you have never done a challenge before, this is your chance!
