June Challenge

It’s been a year since I’ve been writing the GAIN Monthly Challenge Workouts - actually, 13 months, since May was a repeat as well.

I thought about changing this one, to dumbbells instead of a barell, or modifying the sled distance. After a couple days of comptemplation, I decided a true repeat would serve us all the best: how will we fare one year later?

Without further ado, here’s the workout:

GAIN JUNE CHALLENGE
In 10 minutes…
400ft sled march @ 5/3 plates
max bench press reps in remaining time @ 135/85
*400ft = 8x down+back
