Greetings. Happy Monday!

Couple of nice warm days to start the week - I’ll take it!

Reminder to drink extra water when it’s hot out, and if you’ve been active, maybe take some electrolytes to replenish your body and make sure you’re absorbing that extra water and staying hydrated.

To those that hate the heat: you will adapt to it and get better by mid-summer… You’ve just got to stick with it.

Build some momentum today for the rest of the week. See you in the gym!
