Monday Check In
Make sure to wish Luke a Happy Birthday today.
I hope he has plans to take on GAIN’s Birthday Sled Challenge. How many plates do you think he should use?
It’s the start of a new month, which means I’ll be looking back at my data this week and checking in to see how I did in May in regard to sleep, steps, and total workouts. As always, I recommend you do the same.
It’s also helpful to come up with a couple of simple goals at the start of the month. How many workouts will you do in June? Will you get 2-3x/week for the whole month? Have any traveling you need to plan around? Big events? Stuff you want to do?
