Monday Check In

Summer is officially here.

One year ago we started the Fast Mile Summer Project. If you missed out last year, or if you want to run it back again, let me know! There are a couple people starting it this week.

I took advantage of the late June sunsets and ran up Middle Sister on Friday night. It felt good to get some vert on the legs.

Then, yesterday, on the 1000th time when Elliot asked me what we should do today, I replied like I always do, “Let’s go on a hike.” To my surprise, he changed his normal answer of no to a yes! We made it all the way to the top of the ledges at Stonehouse Pond.

Get in the gym this week. See you there!
