You’re Not GOing to STretch Later: Mobility CLass returns

Everyone says they need to stretch more.

Or “I should probably work on my mobility.”

But most people never actually set aside time to do it consistently.

That’s why we’re bringing back Mobility Class at GAIN this summer with Ariel Wahl from Preventative Maintenance.

Starting May 30th, Ariel will be leading a weekly mobility class on Saturdays at 7:30am here at GAIN.

If you’ve been feeling stiff, beat up from training, sitting too much, running too much, lifting too much, or just existing as an adult human… this class is for you.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Using principles from Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), these sessions are designed to improve flexibility, stability, and usable range of motion.

Expect a mix of flowy stretches, controlled positions, breathing, and foundational movement work.

You’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in.
