Everyone says they need to stretch more.
We try to cover some of that during your 60 minutes in the gym, but the reality is this: if you want to feel less stiff, less achy, and move better long term, you need some dedicated time for it.
A couple minutes after a workout helps you cool down and transition back into your day. But if you actually want to make progress, you need a full session. That’s exactly what this is.
Class Description:
Taking principles and movements from Yoga, Pilates, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), these sessions are designed to improve flexibility, stability, and usable range of motion. We all know mobility is important, but most people don’t actually do it. In these 50-minute classes, you’ll move in a way that feels good. Expect a mix of flowy stretches, controlled positions, and foundational movements. You’ll leave each session feeling better than when you walked in.
