With the unofficial start of summer behind us, hopefully you’ve been thinking about what you want to do this summer.

What do you want to accomplish?

What’s a good day look like?

How many times a week will you hit the gym?

What about Running?
Biking?
Swimming?
Hiking?

Still need to work and travel too?

I don’t have anything elaborate to inspire you with, but the change of seasons has me thinking about the summer and what I want to do/how I want to train.
